Rain Under the Boat

This is one of those sketches which started with a pixel and ended up in a story. Enjoy!
----

I never knew a boat in the middle of the lake would bond us forever. It wasn't a perfect weather for small sailing, but it was a perfect moment imprinted in my memory.

The rain was just starting to form -- and the water underneath us happily reacted: Water with water. Then I looked at my mother, and she was staring at me. "Put down the umbrella, the rain won't hurt you a bit", she said. I slowly followed, and I felt the small wet kisses of the dew and rain. I smiled back and let the worries be washed away.

We spent the afternoon laughing in between waters.
